Does this sound familiar?
You're not someone who doesn't know better. You know about sleep hygiene and cortisol and the importance of not checking your phone at 11pm. You've probably read the book, done the course, downloaded the app. You understand, intellectually, that something needs to change.
And still. The list gets longer. The mornings start before you're ready. The version of you that was going to meditate this week got quietly buried under everything else.
You're capable, you're committed, and you're more tired than you'd like to admit. Not broken. Just stretched a little thin for a little too long.
This isn't a knowledge problem. It never was.
You're not alone in this. I've helped countless people who felt exactly where you are right now, and the shift always starts in the same place: not with more information, but with finally understanding why knowing isn't the same as doing.
I burnt out. As a GP.
I became a doctor because I cared about people. What I didn't anticipate was spending twenty years helping everyone else while quietly running myself into the ground.
Burning out, as someone whose whole professional life was built around helping others manage exactly this, was humbling in a way I didn't have a clinical framework for. But burnout doesn't mean the end. For me, it turned out to be the very beginning.
What I found on the other side wasn't a five-step plan. It was a different understanding of what health actually means... and why knowing what you should do and actually being able to do it are, for most of us, worlds apart.
That gap is what I work in now. On stages, in consulting rooms, online, and in retreats, for corporate teams, for doctors, for anyone who's been running hard for long enough that they've stopped asking whether it's sustainable. The thread through all of it is the same: helping people feel more whole.
