Are you having a baby?

As a GP and Lactation Consultant, I know just how stressful having a new baby can be. With new skills like breastfeeding to learn, taking care of our baby but also learning how to balance that with taking care of ourselves- it's easy to feel anxious about the time ahead.

I also know that most of the problems new parents come to see me with after their baby arrives could be avoided with some quality preparation. Let me help you prepare by empowering you with just enough information to feel confident & calm.
